Hello and welcome! My name is Stacy Hood, and while my official journey as a real estate agent is just beginning, my passion for helping people navigate life’s trickiest transitions is anything but new.
Before stepping into the world of real estate agency, I spent years as a small business owner, rolling up my sleeves to work alongside clients facing some of the most challenging situations—probate, foreclosure, and even the overwhelming task of clearing out hoarded homes. These experiences have given me a front-row seat to the emotional and practical hurdles that come with tough real estate problems. I’ve learned that success isn’t just about closing a deal—it’s about creating solutions that bring peace of mind and, more often than not, end with a handshake, a smile, and sometimes even a much-needed hug.
Though I may be new to the agency side of real estate, I bring a solid foundation of empathy, creativity, and determination. My greatest satisfaction comes from guiding clients through daunting challenges and seeing the relief and happiness on their faces when we reach the finish line together.
When I’m not helping clients, you’ll most likely find me casting a line at a quiet fishing spot, diving into my latest DIY project, or listening to my four-year-old daughter’s wildly imaginative tales about her dinosaur adventures. These moments remind me of the importance of patience, creativity, and a good sense of humor—qualities I carry with me into every client relationship.
